2. B2B information site; no online sale

The site presents fabric records and receives business enquiries. It is not a consumer online store, and submitting a form, using AI chat or viewing a price does not create an order or contract.

3. Product information

Images, colours, descriptions, performance references, availability, MOQ, lead times and prices are indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing. Textile colour, coating, weight, width and other characteristics may have normal production or display tolerances. Buyers must confirm the required specification, testing standard, end use and sample before ordering.

4. RFQs, quotations and contracts

An RFQ is an invitation to discuss requirements, not an offer or acceptance. A binding transaction arises only under a written quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase confirmation or other contract accepted by authorised representatives. That document controls price, currency, taxes, payment, Incoterms, delivery, inspection, warranty and remedies.

5. Samples and buyer responsibilities

Samples may differ from later bulk production within agreed tolerances. The buyer is responsible for testing suitability, legal compliance, labelling and safety for its intended market and application unless the signed contract states otherwise.
