2. Information we collect

We may collect your name, company, business email, phone or messaging ID, country or region, product requirements, estimated quantities, delivery targets and the content of your enquiry. We may also process IP address, browser/device data, timestamps, security logs and necessary cookie or local-storage identifiers. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential technical files through public forms.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, take steps requested before a contract, maintain records, secure the website, prevent abuse and comply with law. Depending on the applicable law, processing may rely on pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests, consent or legal obligations. Optional AI chat is processed only after the visitor gives the displayed consent.

4. AI enquiries and automated assistance

If enabled, the AI assistant helps structure a product enquiry. Its output is informational and is reviewed by sales staff before any binding quotation. Chat content may be sent to the configured AI service provider and stored with the enquiry record. Do not enter trade secrets, payment-card data or other sensitive information.

5. Service providers and international transfers

Our current hosting provider is Hostinger. We may also use the configured email delivery and security providers. DeepSeek will receive AI chat content only if AI is enabled and the visitor gives the displayed consent. Non-essential analytics or advertising providers will not be activated before any legally required consent control is in place. Data may be processed outside your country; where required, we use an applicable transfer mechanism or other safeguard. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

Unless a longer period is required by law or an active transaction or dispute, ordinary RFQ and enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after the last contact. AI chat records, if AI is enabled, are retained for up to 90 days. Security logs are kept only for the period reasonably necessary to investigate abuse. Records are then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your choices and rights

8. Security, children and changes

We use proportionate administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure. This B2B website is not directed to children. We may update this notice when our services or legal duties change; the current version and effective date will appear here.
